Wonderful experience! Hardware is better than i thought, bedding was great! Only downside is the washroom, which requires some updates.The best part is service, the morning after check in, the front desk staff(the lady on day shift) greeted me even with last name, i was surprised. And they are professional, welcoming and helpful. She deserves a raise. Other staffs are nice too, housekeeping and maintenance staff greeted when pass in the hallway.
Highly recommend! Staff was very courteous, and understanding to my situation. I spent 18 hours driving and couldn't find anything that was available. The front desk staff, looked and was able to get me and my pet a room. The appearance was inviting. The staff were friendly. The rooms were in excellent condition. I stayed in Whitehorse, Yukon Canada.
I do not know where to begin.Great food! I had the poutine and they were delicious. Very friendly and cool staffs. Highly recommend.Gold Rush Inn is an excellent place to stay. The hotel has all of the amenities including a laundry facility and gym. Front desk staff, William, he was very gently, polite. Saw him helping some elder ladies in the lobby. Great job. Other staffs were very friendly too.The location is also very convenient. We were able to go anywhere from hotel very easily. Free shuttle bus was also one of the good things.Room was very clean and nicely organized.Overall, what a amazing trip in Whitehorse. I would definitely come back to Whitehorse and stay in Best Western again. Thank you all!
Very nice accommodations with attached restaurant with adult beverages! Clean, located is a main area of Whitehorse, perfect for a strollI and close to the Yukon River. I used the spa which is also at the hotel, fantastic staff and service. Airport shuttle was a available, nice perk. Breakfast was not offered as an amenity, but the restaurant was open for breakfast.
Loved this place. Restaurant and bar and hotel all in one place...it was exactly what we needed after traveling all day from Fairbanks. Hotel employees were very nice. the bar/restaurant workers were very nice and the food was delicious. Highly recommended and it's in the heart of the town.
