No... Shouldn't recommend this hotel. Never felt fresh in the room because carpet is very very dirty and air conditioner wasn't working and broken but used tape. And at the end last day it wasn't working at all. Wouldn't recommend this. Yes staff was nice but we need clean area to feel fresh air specially with little kids....no hygiene..
Very busy at noon. Service slow. Food was pretty good, but not the tastiest hollandaise sauce (on my spinach-tomato Benedict) I've ever had.My partner enjoyed his Legend Quest, a large traditional breakfast, with 3 kinds of meat, plus French toast and toast.
Only stayed for 1 night. Front desk was very helpful, our room was nice. Unfortunately we had a view of a work camp from our room but it wasn't noisy so it worked out. Beds were comfy, my dad found the mini-fridge very helpful and the WiFi was surprisingly fast. A 24hr McDonald's is right across the street, but there is a restaurant at the Yukon Inn as well. Overall, would stay again.
Tidy compact rooms, fairly standard. Kitchenettes are a plus, but hallway carpets need replacing and there are other rough edges. Did like the native artwork and hotel logo is very pretty. Service is hit and miss, with some days only partial room cleaning or replacement of amenities. Nothing that was a dealbreaker, but with a bit of a refresh this could be a much better experience. Overall fair to good value for Whitehorse.
To be clear this is not a 5-Star hotel. The rooms have basics including Wi-Fi and TV, plus a mini-fridge and microwave. But the service is consistently good and we always enjoy hanging out at the adjacent bar and eating at the adjacent restaurant. Our run team has used this hotel for years now and don't plan on going anywhere else when in Whitehorse.
