Sleep in your car! This place is dirty and the owners don't care! After a long day of driving my husband and I made the rookie mistake of not booking a place ahead of time. When we got to Whitehorse this was the only place with rooms and I was desperate and tired and wanted to believe maybe it was clean but just older looking. Not the case! There were stains on the sheets, hair in the bed, and signs of bed bugs! I believe the owner knows this which is why unlike other hotels he charges your card before you even see the room! What a waste! We left and parked in a rest stop and took a nap instead and when we got to Haines junction we were informed that another person had the same issue and confirmed that the hotel did have bugs! NASTY!
Clean, thin walls so it was loud. Other guests were obnoxious, no fridge, very minimal and not so good wifi. Decent amenities.
everything you would expect. Working appliances, clean, courteous staff. I left a fountain pen in my room and they were able to find it promptly and even arranged for it to be shipped out to me the very next day. Would definitely stop by again next time I am in whitehourse
We had drunken neighbors that yelled and fought all night long and when I called front desk he just asked them to be quiet and left back downstairs. They continued to be loud AF
Clean rooms with comfy beds. Good place to eat right below hotel that had great food!
