This is a must see in Whitehorse. Patricia Cunningham has curated an amazing collection of items representing northern life. Just outstanding!
One of the places the one should not miss in Whitehorse. It illustrates and preserves the Yukons history. Worth visiting and learning about the history of Yukon. Had a great time at the meuseum. It's conveniently located near the down town. Will visit again.
Very cool!! We had a great time - it is a well rounded nice piece of timeline history. Location is excellent too right off the river. The kids were very interested in the displays and also picked up some great souvenirs. Highly recommend checking out the museum.
July 2018. Excellent artifacts and local lore. We were also able to pan for gold which was a lot of fun. Expect to spend an hour here - you will not be disappointed.
Spent maybe an hour or two here, not nearly enough time to take everything in. It's a relatively small museum but it's packed with artifacts, art, and everything that symbolizes the Yukon. A few exhibits were still under construction so I only suspect it will get better.
