Horrid company! Extremely rude and inconsistent information with there website and what they say over the phone. The customer service line told me that I was wasting her time when I called to get a quote and times for their bus schedule. Clearly they do not want business!
Absolute horrible company to work with, totally not trustworthy. Hired their services for a 4 day trip for a group of 35 people, 3 hours into the trip their overaged coach broke down and it took 3 hours before they finally made the decision to send a replacement, which took another three hours. In the meantime, the group was missing out on their program, getting hungry and thirsty, so we found alternative transportation to get to the accommodation booked for the first night. It would have been nice to get at least a discount, or (partly) coverage of the extra cost, but not even an apology was offered, although they had no issues with taking full payment. We never will work with this company again, ever. Hardly ever been treated this bad!!
