We ate at the Miners Daughter side of the restaurant and loved it! The food was great, the staff were friendly and attentive; we did have a short wait because the restaurant was busy and lively. Our wait gave us time to take a quick walk along the Yukon river. I would highly recommend if youre passing through or staying in Whitehorse.
Outstanding service and food. I highly recommend this spot if you are in Whitehorse. Was in town for three days and went there for lunch one day and dinner the next. Both times I was impressed.
The Dirty is an okay spot for drinks, with a few key shortcomings.On the plus side, it's about the coolest place in town, so it's where all the hip kids go, and the decor is good without either dumpy or in-your-face avantgarde. The food is consistently pretty good, too.Downsides: a) noise levels are way too high. When it's busy, you need to cup your hands around your immediate neighbour's ear to be heardb) seating sucks -- stools are uncomfortable and booths are weirdly too low for the tablesc) their beer flights are inexplicably dealer's choice. I'm a craft beer nerd, and I really don't need some random bartender deciding for me which beers I want to try.
Good food and nice place. I think this is the place to go for group, date and fun outings. Have good beers! My only moot point is when you buy a flight of beer to try a bunch, the barman will choose the beers that might not make you discover as much as you wish. We only got blonde beers.
Awesome service, food, and beer! Reasonably priced compared to other similar spots on Main St, Whitehorse. Great craft beer selection, although we did have a more limited selection as our 5-day trip went on. Looks like theyre a popular watering hole!Servers and bartenders were very friendly and super fast. Preferred the atmosphere here compared to the Miners Daughter next door. Will make this a regular spot when I come back to Whitehorse!
