When I need awesome service, I go to Home Hardware in Whitehorse! Everyone from front line staff to senior management is extraordinary. I've always found my answers questions and the products I've needed. If they don't have it, they'll get it and with a smile on their faces.
Wanted to buy a $1400 smoker. Only had the display model. No discount for the public fondling it. Was told not many people touch them.... asked to order one and was told that I would have to pay shipping to the store so pay even more for an item they sell to everyone else for reg price. Prob easier to buy direct they said. Oh well I guess they dont like money. Kinda thought that's how they stay in buisness tho.....
I agree with I guess they just do not want our money. First call into inquire re; Pellet Stove, the employee told me they only carried Wood stoves, not true. I was told it would take a week, it took well over that. I have called 3 times trying to pay so that I can have someone pick it up. There was no one to pick up phone yesterday I guess, when calling other departments they transfer me to who I just could not get through to......man frustrating.
I love shopping at the store. Everyone is always friendly and helpful.
Had ladies night apparently and wouldn't let me in even though I was in dire need of something as I'm from Florida and headed west.
